Shipping and payment

We ship worldwide. However, it is not possible to select a shipping method for every country in the online ordering process, as we always try to offer you the most cost-effective shipping option. For some countries, the shipping costs must therefore be determined individually as required.

If your country is not listed, please send us an email with your request to hf@hf-pdrtools.de

We will then contact you immediately. 

Our products are sent with DPD, Deutsche Post and DHL. On request, we also offer shipping with UPS *. Delivery takes place at the latest within the delivery time specified for the individual article (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). The delivery period begins on the day after the order is sent.

* Shipping with UPS is not available as a standard shipping method in the ordering process. If you are interested in shipping with UPS, please send us an email with your request to hf@hf-pdrtools.de. We will then contact you immediately. 

Shipping costs

The shipping costs are calculated according to the country selection and the content of the shopping cart.

You can see the individual costs incurred in your shopping cart before completing the order process. Furthermore, we are happy to offer you the opportunity to check individually whether a shipment using a different shipping method or a different shipping service provider than the one listed would be possible.

Means of payment

With us you can choose between the following payment methods:

• Payment in advance
• PayPal
• Purchase on account (possible from the second order)

There are also the following payment options:

• Cash on pickup
• Payment by invoice upon collection

Please note:

The purchase by invoice is only available from the second order in our shop. Furthermore, when purchasing on account, payment is due within 8 days.
